Fairfield House in Lyme Regis went all out for the 100th birthday of its resident Trudy Jillians.
Town crier Alan Vian attended the party to give a special cry about Trudy and 1940s singers The Liberty Sisters, from Exeter, sang ‘Happy Birthday’. Trudy’s birthday card from the Queen was delivered by hand by an impersonator of Her Majesty, and a cake was presented decorated with a photo of Trudy and her son Derek as a baby.
