Our staff are very important members of our team and deliver the care and support to all of our residents.

Sarah Caesar

Home Manager

Sarah has worked in the care sector for over 20 years and is trained to NVQ Level 5. Sarah has demonstrated a keen interest in supporting those with memory loss and dementia, her caring and gentle attitude is evident in prompting Mental Health and the wellbeing of all our residents.

Annie Torrepalma

Care Lead

Whilst Lucie is on maternity leave, Annie will be also responsible for Lucie Wyatt’s role. Annie also has a caring and compassionate attitude and also firmly believes in maintaining the dignity and privacy of all our residents whilst ensuring people enjoy an excellent standard of personalised care.

April Robinson

Reception and Admin

April is always happy to welcome visitors at reception, and works with the local community so that residents are fully involved in local life. She is also a keen photographer joining in with activities at Fairfield and taking photos to update our website and social media pages.

Ginnette Whitely

Head Chef

Ginette was born locally and has been in catering most of her life, including loving cooking for the army with really good quality food for 500 soldiers each meal. Prior to Fairfield, she has cooked in many other care homes. She pays real attention to detail with whatever she is doing. A lovely kind lady and an asset to Fairfield, she especially enjoys decorating and baking resident’s birthday cakes and themed buffets for Halloween, Christmas, Chinese, Indian etc

Louise Whitely

Head Chef

Louise started at Fairfield House as a carer but had worked in the food industry previously. She would often step in as chef when needed. She gained her NVQ 2 Catering Qualification, and she is now one of the chefs cooking daily for the residents and staff - she especially enjoys cooking lasagne. You can often hear her singing along to the radio, she always has a smile on her face and is a highly valued member of the team

Tom Gajdamowicz

Head Chef

Tom has worked in the food industry for over 10 years and started at Fairfield as Kitchen Assistant and steps in as chef when needed. He has always had a keen interest in the food industry and gained his Level 1 Catering Qualification at Fairfield, and is starting his Level 2 soon. He is a valued member of the team, is always smiling, hardworking and cooks wonderful meals for the residents and staff! Tom’s Fish and Chips on a Friday are delicious
