Stacey Pym
Manager
Our home is managed by Stacey Pym. Stacey has many years of experience in care, she is passionate about her work and shows considerate empathy to both residents and staff. Apart from ensuring high standards, the Manager promotes fairness and equity throughout the home and her open door policy ensures she makes time for everyone. Stacey heads a team that delivers person centred care that goes the extra mile to personalise the high quality care that our residents receive.
Sarah Caesar
Deputy Manager
Sarah has worked in the care sector for over 20 years and is trained to NVQ Level 5. Sarah has demonstrated a keen interest in supporting those with memory loss and dementia, her caring and gentle attitude is evident in prompting Mental Health and the wellbeing of all our residents.
Jane Ellis-Morgan
Head of Care
Jane has a caring and compassionate attitude and firmly believes in maintaining the dignity and privacy of all our residents whilst ensuring people enjoy an excellent standard of personalised care.
April Robinson
Reception and Admin
April is always happy to welcome visitors at reception, and works with the local community so that residents are fully involved in local life. She is also a keen photographer joining in with activities at Fairfield and taking photos to update our website and social media pages.
Patryk Skibinski
Chef
Patryk is a qualified chef with many years of experience. We all know how important and uplifting it is for food to look and taste good. Driven by a love of food from a young age, Patryk enjoys creating nutritious and tasty food from his extensive repertoire. Much of the menu is inspired by residents' own choices and are designed to use fresh, in season produce wherever possible.
