Jane Ellis-Morgan
Manager
Jane who was previously our Deputy at Fairfield has been a huge part of the team for many years and is a dedicated professional.
Jane has a caring and compassionate attitude and firmly believes in maintaining the dignity and privacy of all our residents whilst ensuring people enjoy an excellent standard of personalised care. April Robinson
Reception and Admin
April is always happy to welcome visitors at reception, and works with the local community so that residents are fully involved in local life. She is also a keen photographer joining in with activities at Fairfield and taking photos to update our website and social media pages.
Felix Wilkinson
Chef
Felix began his career in Denmark in the early 90s where he worked extensively in hotels and restaurants. He moved back to the UK in 2005 and has continued his career to date. Felix has a creative flare and loves experimenting with different flavours, to the delight of our residents.
Andrew Foster
Chef
Andrew has been a professional chef for many years, working in a variety of venues which has given him vast experience in the sector including hotels, restaurants and care homes. He brings his know how to bear by offering varied and nutritious meals. The menus change regularly taking into account resident choices and both chefs aim to use local in season products where possible.
Proprietors
Zoe and Miles Hutchins have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector and strive to ensure that Fairfield House offers the very best care and support for all who call Fairfield Home.
Quality and Compliance
The management team is supported by Tracey who is a qualified and experienced Care Professional. Tracey supports the management team and home as the Quality and Compliance Manager who will lead on the development of the home including ensuring that the home provides quality care and is compliant with CQC regulations.
